Individual Training Plans Consist of: - Review athlete's history and goals
- Determine training objectives for meeting both long and short term goals
- Discuss and prioritize race season
- Construct program for training and racing
- Understand training zones for all three disciplines
- Detailed monthly, weekly, and daily programs that have a purpose
- Strength, Stretch, and Core programs integrated
- Consistent communication and contact via e-mail and phone
- Pre-race call to discuss race strategy and preparation and to further establish individual confidence
- Post-race discussion to review race results and provide feedback
