Individual Training Plans Consist of:

 

  • Review athlete's history and goals

  • Determine training objectives for meeting both long and short term goals

  • Discuss and prioritize race season

  • Construct program for training and racing

  • Understand training zones for all three disciplines

  • Detailed monthly, weekly, and daily programs that have a purpose

  • Strength, Stretch, and Core programs integrated

  • Consistent communication and contact via e-mail and phone

  • Pre-race call to discuss race strategy and preparation and to further establish individual confidence

  • Post-race discussion to review race results and provide feedback
