Using a coach can help you complete your first triathlon or help you make dramatic improvements over prior performances. Coach Dunker sits down with each athlete to review their personal history and goals. With everyone's versatile backgrounds and goals, this allows for Dunker to create a specific program dedicated to that individual athlete. This program is great for any individual with a strong desire to reach their goals.

Using a coach to create a periodized training program will help you reach peak performance for your competitions when training is customized to the athlete's goals, current fitness, and schedule and lifestyle.  The most important factor for using a coach and following a program is constant communication and evaluation; this ensures a continued "fit" and success of the training plan.
