I enjoy Pilates; all water sports like skiing, tubing, and wake boarding; snorkeling in the ocean; and of course any type of dancing!

Using running as my strength and putting it into full force at the end of any race as well as keeping a positive mind frame in tough situations.
I Get Pumped Up for Competition By:
Listening to music and focusing on myself and my situation. Mental visualization allows me to stay individually focused and pumps me up for my competition.
